Bamboch! started in 2011 designed for adults who due to work or family commitments had gradually stopped making time for themselves and keeping fit. It was fun!!
Professional dancers who wanted to enjoy a class with their peers which which still gave them a deep muscle workout joined in and before long we were on stage in costumes produced by Glorious Backstage Arts for Notting Hill Carnival performing at Alexandra Palace.
